CHOOSE JOY.

Happy as the Sun is one of the best parts of my life. It is my answer to the call to gather Israel, as well as a personal, lifelong commitment to study and share God's word. It is a quest for joy and how to claim it. Through Happy as the Sun, I will share what I am learning to bring greater light to this dark world and help others find joy by focusing on our Savior, Jesus Christ - for He is the source of all joy.

Feeling joy daily is something that I have struggled with for my entire life. Like most people, I go through ups and downs - feeling incredibly happy, grateful, and motivated at times, and other times feeling incredibly low, lost, and gripped by sadness. I want to be able to live my life joyfully. I want my lows to be less frequent, less intense, and easier to climb out of. Happy as the Sun is helping me to discover the HOW. I hope that as I share what I am learning, it will be applicable in your life and that your joy and faith in the Savior will also increase.

It is my dream to fill the corners of this website with blog posts, resources, worksheets, artwork, and merchandise that will enable you to focus more fully on our Savior and to bask in His light and His joy. My vision also includes opportunities for public speaking, training, starting a non-profit organization, and writing a series of books - all to fulfill the same purpose.

I know that I have been called by God to do this work. I also know that I will fall short again and again, but I believe with all my heart that my Savior will lift me each time I fall. I hope that you will find strength, peace, and hope through my efforts, as well as your own. More than anything, I hope that your joy will be full.
